Whitney and Amy to steal the show at the brits

After the recent tragedy, it seems that Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse are set to steal the show at this years Brit Awards.

The two singers look set to steal the show from beyond their graves, tomorrow night as organisers made a last minute dash over the weekend to mastermind tributes to both artists in an already very tight schedule.

Whitney and Amy are two of the biggest female stars in the history of music, both have made a huge mark at the Brits in the past. Sources stated that " Something would feel missing if both their legacies weren't remembered at the show."

The move comes after Amy's father Mitch complained his girl wasn't honored properly at this month's Grammy's Awards, so, with organizers making last minute adjustments its only seems fitting that these two big females stars are shown their appreciation.

Whitney's last performance at the Brits was back in 1999 when she sang 'It's Not Right But It's Okay' and Amy won best female artist in 2007 performing 'Rehab'.
This year Brits had more performances than last year with a scheduled nine, compared with the usual eight, so the show will be very tight and full of energy.

Adele, who is scheduled to perform, is putting the finishing touches together for her first performance on British soil since undergoing throat surgery.

The Rolling in The Deep star fears her voice may desert her again. " I used to always wonder, " Will I hit that note ? even when i wasn't ill," the 23 year old said. " If i decide to go on a 200 date world tour would it happen again ? "

The singer then added that she has a huge soft spot for the Brits, as it was at the same time last year which kick started the album, bringing it to its current state today.
