IF MY FINAL MIX IS NOT OF A GOOD QUALITY CAN MASTERING HELP IT ?

Mastering can do a great deal to improve the sound of the track overall. The quality of the final master is dependent on the final mix, if the mix is poorly balanced it wont sound as good mastered in comparison to if it was well balanced. Corrections can be made but remember its best to get it right in the mix.
